These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and q444 (hereinafter "q444", "we", "us", or "the Platform") in connection with your access to and use of the q444 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://q444.cam.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the q444 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 5.1 Deposits

• Deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.3 Currency

All bets and wagers placed on q444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General rules include:

• Colluding with other users in casino games or sports betting syndicates to manipulate outcomes
• Abusing bonus promotions through arbitrage strategies, matched betting, or systematic exploitation
• Attempting to reverse or charge back deposits after wagering associated funds

All content on the q444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and game assets — is the property of q444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the Platform or its software components
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content
• Using q444 trademarks, logos, or brand assets without explicit written authorisation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q444 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, or third-party service providers
• Actions taken by financial institutions, payment processors, or telecommunications providers that affect your use of the Platform
• Decisions made by users in reliance on content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local law regarding gambling

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

q444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Detection of Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 9
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring cessation of service to a specific jurisdiction

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after applicable deductions for outstanding wagers and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon termination regardless of wagering progress.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are handled in accordance with the Responsible Gambling provisions in Section 8.

This clause does not constitute legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation under applicable local law and for complying with that law.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our support channels may be subject to arbitration or alternative dispute resolution procedures, as determined by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

q444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where advance notice is required by applicable law or regulation. Amendments become effective upon publication to the Platform.

It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page is updated whenever material changes are made.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole recourse is to cease use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.
